Position Summary: This role involves high guest contact and is the first point of contact for guests. Responsibilities include assisting with check-in/check-out, handling phone calls, managing special requests, resolving guest challenges, auditing charges, reconciling daily activity, and preparing reports. Physical effort may be required, including lifting up to 25 pounds and moving equipment up to 100 pounds. The work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings with variable temperature and noise levels. The position requires standing and mobility for up to 8 hours.
