Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), HotelKey is a plus.
• Strong mathematical and accounting aptitude with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Process end-of-day reports and prepare daily summary reports for management review.
• Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of all overnight guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight needs.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.
