Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily accounts and deliver exceptional overnight guest service. You will manage late-night check-ins, maintain front desk operations, and ensure accurate financial close while upholding our service standards.

The role requires staying on site for the entire shift, with a paid 30-minute meal break and a focus on safety and precise accounting. IP-driven customer care and calm conflict resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• Dependable with strong attention to detail for service and numbers.
• Ability to stay on site for the entire shift.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts leftover from the day shift and perform nightly close.
• Provide overnight guest service including late-night check-ins.
• Coordinate front desk operations: check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations.
• Ensure safety and inspect studios and public spaces daily.
• Review studio inventory daily to maximize revenue and follow guidelines.
• Document work activity using logs and adhere to policies.
• Perform laundry duties and general cleaning/maintenance of facilities.
