Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift and handle check-ins and questions.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform regular security walks to ensure guest safety.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations at night.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and Word to troubleshoot issues.
