Hotel Equities is seeking a Night Auditor for the Courtyard by Marriott Austin Round Rock in Round Rock, TX. You will work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, serving as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring smooth night operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and familiarity with major hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt). Duties include check-ins/outs, handling guest inquiries, upselling, cash handling, and maintaining safety and service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue keys and provide information on hotel services.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Process guest calls, messages and requests; record guest preferences.
• Check guests out and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Handle cash/credit transactions per procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents.
• Assist with reservations and room changes as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service.
