Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality seeks an Relief Night Auditor for Friday and Saturday evenings at our Myrtle Beach location. The role entails overnight front desk operations, balancing accounts, and assisting with guest services while maintaining safety standards.

You will reconcile daily activity, generate reports for the Front Office and other departments, and support the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand the hotel’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 4 hours and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and verify guest accounts and revenues.
• Balance and reconcile daily front desk activities and prepare required reports.
• Provide front desk assistance and guest services while ensuring safety and service standards.
• Support VIP guest process and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist with up-selling hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain front desk supplies and cleanliness; respond to guest questions and complaints.
