White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team in a full-time overnight role. You will balance transactions, run nightly audit reports, and deliver exceptional guest service while the world sleeps.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality-related front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service ethic.
• Detail-oriented with accurate balancing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for hotel guests during overnight hours (check-in/out).
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions; reconcile cash and cards.
• Follow hotel accounting procedures per White Lodging standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries for management.
• Explain standard hotel reports and folios clearly; act as on-site authority overnight.
• Ensure guest data security and confidentiality during shifts.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Perform other assigned duties.
