Atrium Hospitality seeks a part-time Night Audit team member for the Bowling Green Crowne Plaza. You will work 11 PM–7 AM, handling guest needs, balancing nightly revenues, and maintaining ledger accuracy.

You will manage guest requests with professionalism, prepare financial summaries, and safeguard confidential information in a quiet overnight environment. This role supports our hotel operations and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of front desk experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge including posting revenues and balancing ledgers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Excel and property management systems.
• Able to work overnight shifts reliably.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly by posting revenues and reconciling ledgers.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).
• Manage reports, paperwork and financial summaries with precision.
• Maintain security and confidentiality as the trusted closing team member.
