Atrium Hospitality is hiring for the Montgomery Embassy Suites to operate the overnight front desk in Montgomery, AL. You will handle guest check-ins, address requests, and balance nightly ledgers during 11 PM–7 AM shifts.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months front desk experience, basic accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; familiarity with hotel property systems is a plus.

• Front desk experience (6+ months) and familiarity with guest flow.
• Basic accounting skills for posting revenues and balancing reports.
• HS diploma or equivalent with strong communication and math.
• Proficient with Excel and hotel property systems.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) handling guest needs and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly and reconcile ledgers.
• Address guest requests and complaints calmly, even late at night.
• Prepare reports and financial summaries with accuracy and discretion.
