Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight front desk operations in Birmingham, AL. You will ensure accurate daily financial reporting, assist guests with late check-ins, and reconcile transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile day’s transactions.
• Process night audit reports and assist with guest check-ins/outs.
• Maintain financial accuracy during overnight hours and report to management.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
