Qualifications

• Experience at hotel front desk or night audit preferred; training available for right candidate.
• Strong communication and guest service skills during overnight hours.
• Detail-oriented with accurate balance reports and audit accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight contact for guests; assist with check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions; perform nightly reconciliation and close.
• Follow cash-handling and accounting procedures per standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries.
• Explain hotel reports and guest folios clearly; act as on-site authority overnight.
• Protect guest information and hotel data.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
