Moxy Omaha Downtown is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to join our overnight team. The role balances nightly transactions, prepares reports, and supports front desk operations from 11 pm to 7 am, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly wages starting at $19, and opportunities for growth within NCG Hospitality.

Open to Overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR EXPERIENCE AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PREFERRED

All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Hotel Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions.How do I make an impact on my team?

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures
