Powdr Corp. is seeking a Night Auditor for Trailhead Lodge in Bend, Oregon. This overnight, on-site role supports nighttime operations, reconciles daily finances, and ensures a calm, guest-ready environment at a year-round hospitality property.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality or overnight roles, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a fast-paced team culture aligned with a “Work Where You Play” spirit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in hospitality, front desk, audit, or overnight operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Clear communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare next-day arrival reports, room assignments, and guest notes.
• Verify departure lists and ensure billing accuracy.
• Process retail and grab-and-go transactions via POS.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Facilities, and Security teams overnight.
• Conduct routine overnight property walks for safety and cleanliness.
