Responsibilities

• Perform the established close of day functions for hotel and F&B operations.
• Reconcile daily department receipts and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist guests with check-in processes or guest requests, including luggage handling.
• Maintain front desk operations and stock supplies; ensure all departments close properly for the next business day.
• Generate reports such as Trace, Arrivals, Departures, Flash, and daily imports to the GL, and address guest concerns promptly.
