TownePlace Suites West Valley City is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage front desk tasks, run night audits, and maintain accurate financial records while upholding brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with financial transactions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including some weekends/holidays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and register late-arriving guests, assign rooms.
• Check guests out efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with reservations and room assignments.
• Respond to overnight questions, requests, emergencies.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty and resolve guest concerns.
• Audit group accounts against sales contracts.
• Run night audit reports and complete required accounting documentation.
• Follow established cash handling, credit, and check-cashing procedures.
• Complete daily front desk and night audit checklists.
• Operate the property's management system per brand requirements.
• Stay informed about promotions and amenities.
