Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Newnan seeks a Night Auditor to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival through check-out. You will welcome guests, verify information during check-in, and follow up during check-out while promoting and recognizing rewards members.

The role requires a friendly, proactive host who can operate independently as the manager on duty. Paramount Hospitality Newnan comprises TownPlace Suites by Marriott Newnan, Home2 by Hilton Atlanta Newnan and Hampton Inn Atlanta/Newnan.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and verify reservations at check-in.
• Assist guests during check-out and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate billing and reconcile night audit logs.
• Promote rewards program and recognize Loyal Members.

As a Night Auditor, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out. The successful candidate must have a friendly and welcoming attitude with everyone. As a Night Auditor, you will primarily work independently and act as the manager on duty. Agent will be responsible for welcoming our guests and accurately verifying all information during the check in process and following up during check out as well as promoting and providing outstanding recognition and benefits to all our Rewards Members. This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for guest service.
