Athena Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the Courtyard by Marriott in Covington, Kentucky. This full-time overnight role runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and covers front desk operations, guest interactions, and nightly reporting.

The position requires at least 1 year in a hotel or related field, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle financial data with basic arithmetic. Strong communication and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year progressive hotel or related field experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem solving to resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies
• Proficient in Windows OS, spreadsheets and word processing
• Able to work well under stress and high pressure
• Able to understand financial information and basic arithmetic
• Self-managed with good listening and communication skills
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; manage front desk operations overnight
• Maintain attendance in line with hotel standards and shift requirements
• Follow brand standards for appearance and uniform
• Prepare and balance daily reports and cash handling where applicable
• Complete nightly audit checklist and ensure security walks are performed
• Balance daily revenue, postings, and folio processing
• Distribute tasks and assist in other front desk functions as needed
• Train new Night Auditors and supervise as required
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions
