Athena Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM) at Courtyard by Marriott in Covington, KY. The role centers on welcoming guests, registering arrivals, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and solve problems for internal and external customers.
• Clear conveyance of information; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests, provide outstanding service during stay.
• Handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Maintain brand standards for appearance and grooming.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, hours, dining, and local attractions.
• Operate front desk computer system and telephone switchboard correctly.
• Deliver guest items and assist with special requests as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies; support team as required.
