Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.

• Respond promptly to guest questions, complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform daily security checks and assist with guest room access and belongings as needed.
• Complete reports and document incidents in accordance with policies.
