Job summary

The Athletic Club of Columbus is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. This role ensures the smooth operation of the club's front desk and financial processes during nighttime hours, while providing exceptional guest service and maintaining accurate records.

The Night Auditor will support end-of-day procedures, process payments, and prepare daily accounting reports, all in a professional, member-focused setting rich in history and amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or accounting degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or accounting.
• familiarity with Northstar club software preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in late-arriving guests and members.
• Respond to overnight guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for accounting.
• Process payments, post overnight room charges and review F&B and Retail checks.
• Monitor security and conduct periodic property walks.
• Ensure all departments have completed end-of-day procedures.
• Assist with reservations and member communications.
• Support setup for early morning events or services.
