Job summary

Ocean House Management, operating Weekapaug Inn in Weekapaug, RI, seeks a Night Auditor/Guest Relations Agent. This full-time, hourly role supports the resort and non-resort services, delivering personalized guest experiences and maintaining Forbes-level standards.

Responsibilities include nightly audit sequences, guest check-in/check-out, concierge tasks, and seamless communication with the Front of House Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Maestro PMS knowledge preferred.
• Experience in guest-facing service.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as a primary front desk liaison.
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests according to standards.
• Answer phone and handle guest requests; escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Process reservations and inquiries for future stays.
• Provide concierge-style information on local area and activities.
• Maintain daily checklists, reports and cash handling procedures.
• Uphold company standards and assist in daily operations.
