Your responsibilities include checking reservations, processing simple food and beverage service, answering calls, and ensuring security. Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer and accounting knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior night audit and guest experience preferred.
• Computer competence and knowledge of basic accounting functions.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday work hours required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security, and service for guests and property during night hours.
• Print reports for management relating to the following day’s business.
• Check all reservations for the following day, ensuring billing and routing is correct.
• Provide simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested.
• Regularly check the house for safety and security issues.
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
