Job summary

Kohler Co. Riverbend Night Auditor role is onsite near Kohler, WI, supporting our members-only club with golf, dining, lodging and spa services within a historic estate setting. You will help manage nightly operations and assist guests during evening hours.

The position is full-time with shifts from 8:00pm to 7:00am, requiring weekend work and a proactive, guest-focused approach. A $20/hour base pay plus gratuities reflects market standards and benefits from Kohler Co.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Night audit experience and guest experience preferred.
• Competent with computers and basic accounting functions.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Weekend and holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and service of guests and property during nights.
• Print management reports for the next day’s business.
• Check reservations for the next day and verify billing/routing.
• Provide basic food and beverage service as requested.
• Regularly inspect the property for safety issues.
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately.

Opportunity

Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
• Printing reports for management relating to following day's business
• Checking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
• Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
• Regularly checking the house with regard to safety and security issues - lights, fires, obstructions etc.
• Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately

This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 8:00pm and 7:00am

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior night audit and guest experience preferred
• Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary
• Physical requirements include walking, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
• Work hours will frequently include weekends and holidays

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus gratuity service charges. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's education and work location.
