Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time night audit role at our Kohler, WI location. You will work onsite between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am on weekdays and weekends, ensuring guest safety, handling reservations, and performing light F&B service as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some night audit or guest service experience, and comfort with basic computer and accounting tasks. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; the hourly range is $16.60–$24.90.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience or guest services background preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic accounting functions.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security and service for guests and property during night hours.
• Print reports for management for the following day.
• Check reservations for the following day including billing and routing.
• Provide simple food and beverage service for members and guests.
• Regularly check the resort for safety issues (lights, obstructions, etc.).
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
