Job summary

Kohler Co. Riverbend team is seeking a full-time night auditor to ensure safety, security and guest service during night hours at our Kohler, Wisconsin property overlooking the Sheboygan River.

You will handle reservations, print reports, assist with basic accounting, and provide simple food and beverage service to members and guests. Shifts run 8:00pm–7:00am; weekend and holiday hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Night audit and guest experience preferred.
• Competent with computers and basic accounting knowledge.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Physical requirements include walking, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work hours will frequently include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security and service during night hours.
• Print management reports for the next day.
• Check reservations for following day; verify billing and routing.
• Provide simple food and beverage service for members and guests.
• Regularly inspect the property for safety and security issues.
• Answer phones and route calls.

Opportunity Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Specific Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
• Printing reports for management relating to following day’s business
• Checking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
• Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
• Regularly checking the house with regard to safety and security issues – lights, fires, obstructions etc.
• Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately

This is a full-time position, working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 8:00pm and 7:00am

The hourly range for this position is $16.20 - $24.30. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
