Job summary

The Anaheim Marriott Suites in Garden Grove is seeking a Night Auditor to support smooth overnight operations and guest experience. You will accurately process transactions and generate reports while maintaining brand standards and guest confidentiality.

You will welcome guests during late hours, finalize check-ins/outs, and collaborate with departments to resolve issues, ensuring exceptional service and a positive stay for all guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and complete arrival/check-in experience with accurate information.
• Verify billing and assist guests with departures to encourage return visits.
• Communicate with guests via phone or electronic channels to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of guest records and financial reports.
• Promote loyalty programs and special rate packages when appropriate.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest expectations and resolve issues.
• Assist guests during emergencies and follow hotel procedures as needed.
