Job summary

Midas Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in an overnight role. You will conduct nightly audits, balance transactions, and prepare the property for the next business day.

You will deliver professional guest service, manage check-ins/outs, process reservations, and ensure accurate financial reporting while maintaining a welcoming, secure lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk, Night Audit, customer service, accounting, cashiering, or related experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue and guest experience.
• Accurately collect payments, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Promote and enroll guests into loyalty programs and rewards programs.
