This full-time position requires a detail-oriented hospitality professional who can balance hotel transactions, run nightly audit reports, and deliver exceptional guest service while the world sleeps. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours, assisting with check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions and complete nightly audit processes.
• Follow hotel cash-handling and accounting procedures.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries.
• Explain standard hotel reports and maintain guest confidentiality.
• Maintain security of guest information and hotel data.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
