Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor to perform mandatory daily audits for the Hotel Department and ensure accuracy of guest charges. You will input and verify reservations, monitor settlements, and assist with billing disputes while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role requires strong math, bookkeeping, and MS Office skills, plus ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with LMS systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations
• Knowledgeable in LMS systems
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms.
• Basic Math and Budgetary skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Excellent bookkeeping skills

Responsibilities

• Provide mandatory audits of daily transactions for the Hotel Department.
• Check audit work and ensure accuracy of guest charges.
• Enter and confirm reservations in the system for events and guests.
• Monitor Settlement Control, no-shows, and third‑party invoices as needed.
• Assist guests with credit card disputes and finalize group billing when required.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
