Job Description

• Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate required daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day's operations.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle any computer issues that may arise.
• Ensure all reports and backup vouchers are complete and properly filed.
• Review and correct discrepancies in the Front Desk System.
• Coordinate with the front desk closing to facilitate smooth file maintenance and system reset for next-day operations.
• Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and staff.
• Perform duties of front desk supervisor, guest service agent, reservations agent, and telephone operator as needed.
• Attend required hotel meetings.
• Complete projects and assignments professionally and thoroughly.
• Adapt to high-pressure situations and be open to change.
• Take responsibility for personal growth and development.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance, setting standards for others.
• Convey company information, decisions, or issues promptly and appropriately.
• Work collaboratively to resolve disagreements and show respect to peers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
