Description

Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience. Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.
2. Process administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required.
3. Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages.
4. Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and perform other front desk duties as required.
5. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk duties, guest services, night auditing, or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Some college education is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be proficient with computers; experience with accounting or reservation software is a plus.
• Flexible overnight hours are required.
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Compensation

$15 per hour

Our hotel is 10 minutes from San Antonio International Airport via free shuttle. We're within a mile of local shops, dining, and entertainment venues. Highway 281 places us 12 miles north of downtown San Antonio, passing by the San Antonio Zoo, DoSeum, and Botanical Garden along the way.
