Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor for the DoubleTree Leominster location. This role supports nightly accounting, front desk duties, and guest services within a fast-paced hospitality environment. SHG emphasizes service culture, growth, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios
• Average sum of revenues from all accounts receivable across departments
• Act as front desk clerk, checking guests in/out and handling reservations
• Make cash drops following cash handling procedures
• Organize Front Desk area for morning staff
• Monitor security cameras
• Maintain lobby lighting and ambience
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Other duties as assigned

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Audits the daily guestledger

Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax

Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios

Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments

Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures

Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift

Monitors hotel security camerasystem

Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume

Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Any other duties asassigned

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole

Knowledge of PMS

High School Diploma/GED

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to multi-task

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Team player

Ability to exceed expectations of guests

Basic accounting/math skills
