Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in Nashville. This role handles nightly ledgers, front desk tasks, and cash handling while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in accounting or night auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and postings.
• Process end-of-day accounting functions and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Assist front desk with check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Perform cash drops following standard procedures.
• Maintain organized Front Desk area for shifts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
