Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Tampa team. The role involves night-shift accounting, front desk support, and end-of-day procedures in a luxury hotel environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year in accounting or night auditing and familiarity with PMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or Night Auditor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audits daily guest ledger and closes out the day.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting room rates and taxes.
• Ensures accuracy of charges to guest folios and accounts receivable across departments.
• Act as front desk clerk, checking guests in/out and handling reservations.
• Perform cash handling and drop procedures.
• Maintain organized Front Desk area for morning staff.
