HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor in Bellevue, WA to balance nightly revenue, settle accounts, and reset systems for the next day. The role combines front desk tasks with accounting duties such as nightly audits and cash/card reconciliation, with a focus on guest satisfaction and accurate daily reporting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior night audit or accounting experience, and strong Excel/arithmetic skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Record room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
