The part-time role requires you to manage check-ins/outs, handle guest inquiries, and support nightly audit duties while maintaining a welcoming lobby and ensuring guest satisfaction. We offer daily pay options and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service focus with hospitality mindset.
• Basic math and cash-handling competence.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and post room charges.
• Handle end-of-day accounting processes for the hotel.
• Ensure accuracy of guest folio charges.
• Summarize revenues across departments.
• Greet guests, check-in/out, and manage reservations.
• Perform cash drops following cash-handling procedures.
• Keep Front Desk organized for morning shift.
• Monitor security cameras and lobby area.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
