Pay ranges up to $16/hour, onsite work in downtown Fort Wayne. Flexibility to cover 11:00 PM–7:00 AM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Familiarity with Hilton OnQ or PEP is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, and post room and F&B charges accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports and deposits.
• Perform nightly system balancing and end-of-day closeout.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and upsell services.
• Communicate operational updates to team across shifts.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and privacy compliance.
