Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor in Annapolis, MD to manage daily accounting tasks and guest service at the front desk. You will review guest ledgers, post rates, and ensure accurate charges while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System) is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger and post daily room rates.
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues across accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments.
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out, reservations, and guest issue resolution.
• Perform cash drops and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Prepare the Front Desk area for the morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras and maintain lobby ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
