Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Night Auditor to join our Annapolis team in a full-time overnight role. The position involves auditing the daily guest ledger, posting room rates and room tax, and ensuring accurate guest folio charges.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a High School Diploma or GED. Strong multi-tasking and effective communication are essential to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (property management system).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out and handling reservations.
• Make cash drops according to cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for morning shift readiness.
• Monitor hotel security systems and lobby conditions.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
