Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our Annapolis team. The Overnight Auditor will handle nightly accounting, guest ledger audits, and front desk duties in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position requires at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of the PMS system, and a high school diploma. Strong multitasking and guest service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and postings.
• Process end-of-day accounting functions and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of guest folios and charges.
• Assist front desk with check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Perform cash drops according to procedures.
• Prepare Front Desk area for shifts.
• Monitor security cameras and lobby conditions.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
