The ideal candidate has 1+ year in accounting or as a Night Auditor, knowledge of PMS, and a high school diploma or GED. The position requires night/weekend hours with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Summarize revenues from all accounts receivable across departments.
• Assist front desk with check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Perform cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Keep Front Desk area organized for morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Maintain lobby lighting and ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
