Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a Night Auditor for Friday and Saturday 11pm–7am in Pittsford, NY. The role combines accounting and guest service, auditing daily guest ledgers, posting room rates and taxes, and ensuring accuracy of charges.

You will also act as front desk clerk, handle reservations, monitor security, and support a team in a fast-paced hotel environment. Minimum 1 year experience and PMS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger and post room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios and accounts receivable.
• Serve as front desk clerk; check-in/out guests and handle reservations.
• Monitor security cameras and maintain lobby ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
