Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations and serve as a reference point for guests and vendors. The role requires professionalism, courtesy, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes an overnight Friday through Sunday schedule, 11pm-7am, with the requirement of being 21 years or older. The Night Auditor will handle check-in/check-out, process payments, assist guests and vendors, and prepare shift reports for

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated team player with initiative and desire for achievement.
• Ability to anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems in the workplace.
• Ability to identify and correct potential security problems (locking doors after hours, etc)
• Ability to work alone and handle stressful situations.
• Approachable and ready to assist guests with excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team.
