Job summary

Crowne Plaza KC Downtown - Kansas City, MO is hiring a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, reservations and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include processing payments, upselling rooms, recording guest preferences, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Upsell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record guest preferences in the system.
• Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
• Process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
