Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in New York City seeks a reliable Dual Night Auditor to maintain nightly financial processes and guest service excellence. You’ll audit the daily ledger, balance accounts, and support front-desk operations while ensuring guest satisfaction after hours.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or as a night auditor, familiarity with PMS, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger and post charges.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions and postings.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues from accounts receivable across departments.
• Serve as front desk clerk and assist guests checking in/out.
• Process cash drops following proper procedures.
• Organize Front Desk for morning staff.
• Monitor hotel security camera system.
• Maintain lobby lighting and music levels.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
