Job summary

The Miccosukee Casino & Resort in Miami, FL is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. You will manage front desk accounting records, summarize daily cash, check, and credit card activity, and post charges in the PMS to reflect hotel performance.

We value accurate, courteous service and the ability to work during night shifts in a busy, smoke-friendly environment. A high school diploma and 2+ years in hospitality or customer service are required, with potential for growth within the resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• English required; bilingual preferred.
• Be able to work indoors and be exposed to smoke.
• Must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Balance front desk transactions and post room charges.
• Run end of day process in the PMS and prepare summaries.
• Post charges to guest accounts and ensure proper allocation.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
