Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and post daily room rates and taxes
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios
• Average revenues from accounts receivable across departments
• Assist front desk with check-ins/check-outs and reservations
• Perform cash drops following cash handling procedures
• Maintain Front Desk area for shift readiness
• Monitor hotel security camera system
• Ensure lobby lighting and ambiance are appropriate
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Other duties as assigned
