Courtyard by Marriott Peoria is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate overnight financial reconciliation and seamless guest service. You will greet guests, register arrivals, and handle requests while supporting nightly operations with a positive energy.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel or front desk exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service orientation and a professional demeanor.
• Basic accounting knowledge and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile daily transactions, guest charges, and nightly financial records with accuracy.
• Greet guests, register arrivals, issue room keys, and assist with inquiries for a warm welcome.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer them following service standards.
• Contribute to a fun, energetic team environment while ensuring smooth operations.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly to maintain high satisfaction.
