Home2 Suites Tallahassee is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee financial and administrative tasks during the night shift. You’ll ensure accurate postings, reconcile daily revenue, and maintain records for the following day’s operations, while delivering warm guest service.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and strong communication skills. Front desk duties, security awareness, and data protection compliance are essential in this on-site position.

Formación

• High School Education, or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs during the night shift.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations during night hours.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile guest accounts.
• Post charges and close daily transactions in the PMS system.
• Maintain records and ensure data privacy during night operations.
• Respond to emergencies and monitor security during night shift.
