Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel property management systems or front desk software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare detailed audit reports for management review.
• Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the property during night hours, reporting any irregularities or incidents.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of guest requests.
